B2 visa service fees and processing time

Our B2 visa assistance starts from KZT 100,000. The final quotation depends on the scope of support and the circumstances of the application.

Consular fees are paid separately from our service fee:

• Single-entry B2 visa: USD 80.
• Multiple-entry B2 visa: USD 200.

The applicable payment currency and amount should be confirmed with the embassy, consulate or official visa portal before payment.

The overall processing time includes document preparation, invitation approval where required, and visa consideration. We provide an estimated timeline after reviewing the applicant’s nationality, travel plans and supporting documents.

A common client scenario: inviting equipment specialists from China

Kazakhstan companies frequently contact us when they need to bring specialists from China to install, assemble, repair or maintain equipment purchased from Chinese suppliers.

For example, a company may need engineers or technicians from the equipment manufacturer to assemble a production line, supervise installation or perform technical maintenance at its facility in Kazakhstan.

In these situations, we help the host company prepare and submit the invitation documents. Once the invitation is approved, we assist eligible specialists with the single-entry B2 electronic visa application through the official Visa and Migration Portal.

How we support the company and its specialists

1. Review the assignment. We clarify the equipment involved, the planned activities, project location and travel dates.
2. Prepare the documents. We coordinate the required information with the Kazakhstan host company and the specialists from China.
3. Assist with the invitation. We help prepare and submit the invitation for consideration by the competent authorities.
4. Support the e-visa application. Where the electronic procedure is available, we assist with the application using the approved invitation details.
5. Explain the travel requirements. We guide the specialists on checking their visa details and preparing the documents required for travel.

Electronic visa eligibility is checked individually. The electronic procedure described above applies to a single-entry visa. If a multiple-entry visa is needed, we assess the appropriate application route separately.
